The video below is how I came across UX Design for the first time. This is Don Norman, he’s really opened my eyes to the power of design in daily life. I saw the world a bit differently after watching this, and it drove me to research more and so better understand UX.

I enjoy going to art exhibitions and galleries. And I believe that Interactive Art installations can have the power to raise the audience onto another experiential plane. This was best exemplified for me at a festival called Burning Man, which is an annual music and arts festival held in the US. Some of the installations there were just great fun, but others were mind-blowing, enough to temporarily shift your ground of reality. You can see some images from these on this page.
